Prudential’s mission is to bring financial security within reach for everyone. To help explain how someone can get there, we created these videos, in reverse. Showing how a few initial steps will help create successful outcomes for employers and workers.

“For Hair So Healthy It Shines” was the tagline that made Pantene into a household name. As a young Art Director, I didn’t yet comprehend how influential a brand could be in shaping culture and fashion. Rising to #1 in haircare, Pantene was constantly being reinvented to stay on top.
Luckily for me, this created many opportunities for new ideas and campaigns in tv, print and billboards. And the good fortune of working with some of the most revered artists, photographers and directors in the industry- Steven Klein, Walter Chin, Peggy Sirota, David Cameron and Michael Utterbach.
Women are working harder, earning more degrees and making more money. Sitting on top of the org chart. We’re also CEO of our homes and families, managing schedules, budgets and everything else. And that’s just today.
In the next 30 years, women will inherit 70% of all money in the U.S., giving us more personal wealth and financial responsibility than any generation in history.
But even with this challenge, we know we always have the one thing we can count on: each other. We are #WomenInspired.
